Great idea, but the algorithms are badly flawed at the moment & bear little relationship to real golf.
Set up a short flop shot on an uneven lie:
Aimed a little left for the Flop as usual & minimal wind effect, but less to allow for break of the green on landing. In real life & even for the game you would expect the shot to end up on the green at least, even if wide of the mark to the left. But not this...
Even my Mum could hit a better shot than this...
One of the basics here I think is that on a side hill lie, yes it will fly the ball to the left... but ONLY ON THE WAY UP. When it's coming down again, it falls straight down with gravity. The net effect is not as far left as happens in this example, which appears to be based on an angle determined by the lie only.
Another basic is that in the real world, golfers make a 'physical adjustment' to stance & swing so the club face hits the ball with the bottom edge nearly level again at impact. It's the angle in the club face at impact which makes the ball fly left or right, NOT the angle of the lie itself.
