  I, too, this morning when I started playing I found this unpleasant surprise .. I started to play a match, but I was not comfortable, and it was detrimental to my game. I then decided to go alone on a hole, pull 100 shots, and wait for the end of this "gift" WGT.

  On a more serious note,I had 3 cc comps (2nd rounds) which I'd left a bit too late..Thought I might get the dreaded 'comp closed on the last' ..so stuck the boost on & banged 3 nine holers out in 35/40 mins..never thought I'd say it but might keep a couple in reserve for such occasions...Andy

  So true, so true gb,,,lol. This game at one time was just nice and simple. It  was a place to come and play some friendly "virtual golf" games with a friend or 2. Dont get me wrong, you can still have some nice rounds with a friend or 2, ( with the right clubs and gb's,,money,money,,) its just all the darn features and "money maker" products that just seem to be ruining the game at slow and painful pace. 

  gofbals statement is so very true and dead-on in regards to the direction this game has gone.

  Annoying as hell, but easy to turn off, so harmless. Imagine some folks into multi-player, blitz and the like might find it useful.

  Had the same thing happen a couple of hours ago in a club comp.  Same thing, didn't want it, didn't buy it, & after restarting the browser a couple of times, had to continue with it as I didn't know how to turn it off.  Submitted an in game bug report to WGT via the right click, so waiting to hear.

  And having played most of a round with it have to say that for me, it spoils my enjoyment of the game & I REALLY DON'T WANT IT...

  Anyone know how to turn it off?  (which I think is poss?)

  just another money making rouge from WGT. If it were free, I'd love it. But not at 1.25 credit's a hit.
