5 min reconnect

This time is way too long. Players are frustrated when waiting up to 90 secs in a normal game. I suggest you cut the reconnect to 1 minute and if they can't get back by then, oh well. Better to lose a single player through technical glitches of his own, rather than lose players because 5 minutes seems like 20 minutes while your waiting.

Extremely frustrating! I agree wholeheartedly with you, and I hope WGT IS PAYING ATTENTION. Everyone I've played with hates the wait. At the very least you (WGT) need to reduce the time to a minute or so. Also, players need to be able to forfeit anytime, not just on the beginning of their turn. Anytime someone logs off they should be asked if they are forfeiting a match. 90% of the disconnects are people that disconnect themselves because they're not happy with a shot(s). Anyway, if their system can't reacquire in a minute it's going to be a reoccurring problem and they shouldn't be playing at that time anyway.

i try to play 9 holes on my lunch hr and if some one disconects that 5 min kills me i end up forfiting not cool...

i totally agree one minute rule i played a game on the 9.9.12 on first hole player disconnect had to wait 5 minutes player did returned then on the 7th hole player disconnect had to wait another 5 minutes then to find player had gone not a happy customer please change the rule

tonigt 10.9.12 it happen again player disconnect had to wait 5 minutes to find player is gone it was the 12th hole back nine not good enough just about had enough

My connection percentage is taking a beating with this 5 minute wait. I refuse to sit for 5 minutes to see if I will finish a round. Too many reasons for Unexpected Errors for me to waste my time. Not at all what I will be part of to play here...My old haunt of High Stakes Pool at Pogo.com is looking more and more appealing. My first video crack..lol
