Is there any way of finding out the conditions before entering and playing a tournament? I'm sure there used to be for RGs.
Basically I want to find an unlimited play with championship greens so I can practice them.
Ready-Go's most often have Champ greens (you can check out the conditions off the Tournaments tab). Don't think you will find too many Unlimited Play tournaments with Champ greens. Another way is to challenge or find Tour Legends to play with MP or Stroke Play - they will have Champ Greens as default for ranked rounds.

Edit: Tried the Champ greens at Olympic. Two three putts in the opening four holes but birdied the rest for a 31. Not much margin for error.
