This would be really useful in muli-player mode, and you could limit it to 10 or 15 minutes if necessary.

I often get interruptions when playing. It could be the phone, the postman, or  (more frequently) Mrs B returning from a trip away or whatever and expecting me to help her in with her luggage or pay the taxi driver.

As I speak she's out shopping for groceries, but I know if I set up a game which I need to play today, she'll turn up with a boot (or trunk) load of stuff she'll expect me to carry into the house, before making coffee and soothing her fevered brow. The consequences of me failing to do so can be quite catastrophic (no dinner, cold shoulder etc), but if I do, then I will probably have to upset my opponent or forfeit the game.

A pause button would at least buy me a bit more time, make my life a bit easier, and quite possibly keep me out of the divorce courts!

So I join a game and I have only an hour to spare. Half way through you disappear for 15 minutes. I don't think I'd like it. Have you thought this through?

    What kept you mate? ;-)

I'd only use it in a situation like I described, and only if my opponents agreed. If not, I'd forfeit. Simple.
