    Hi all

I currently use the level 51 Nike Method putter and I really like it, however haven't tried many others for comparison. One thing I especially like tho is the increments 10, 20, 50, 100 etc - allows me to use percentages when calculating how hard to hit.

I have been thinking of getting the level 77 Nike Method for some time now, although it is a whopping 2000 credits. My question is, to those who use the Nike putters, is it really worth the upgrade? I don't really understand what the difference would be... the stats are improved by a half point each, but what do they mean specifically for putting? Has anybody used both the level 51 and level 77 and noticed/not noticed the difference(s)?

Before anyone jumps in and says "get the ghost spider", I am level 84.

Thanks in advance for any feedback/advice :)

    Kind regards

edit: I bit the bullet and bought the level 77... will see how it goes

i used them both, still use the 77.

noticeable difference? hard to say. can't say that i've ever had the exact same putt twice nor that if i did, if i aimed powered and dinged exactly the same way.

in the end, if you like the 51 you will like the 77.

Unlikely that I will ever switch putters again

worth the 2k credits? hard to say

Iff you like the #51 Nike, than you are on the right side.

Last time i have some different puters in my bag, and i played every more time with the Ghost Spider # 66.

Its allways a dayli progression from your own feeling. You cant live the ilusion, that a bigger level club change your match in a diferent way.

Hold the line with the # 51 one and have a look to other influence in this game.

Ive used the Nike putter since day one.. The level 77 is an upgrade for sure!!!! Sell your level 51 back to the game and get 500 credits making the new putter only 1500.. I really like the 10-20-50.. I use the 20ft the most on any putt from 7ft to 22ft. I think U will notice the difference in 51 and 77.. Some of the putts you were missing just seem to know were home is now =]

    Good luck to you

have been playing with Spider Level 66 for while now and find it pretty accurate(when I get the read correct). Been thinking of the Nike but the 2000 credits makes me hold back. I've heard the Nike is more forgiving but that the meter speed is not as slow as advertised. Would like some feed back on meter speeds of Spider vs Nike. thanks.

Hi, Just wanted to add my views on the Nike L77 having just acquired it.

I'd been unhappy with my Ghost spider 35 for some time and thought I'd try/rent the Nike, and immediately found it suited me better. The meter seems slower than the Spider, which equals more dings, and I'd say is more forgiving too.

After a few 18 hole rounds I'm now sold on the Nike and would recommend it even at 2000 cr's. Rent it first like I did to see if feels right.

I'm now writing up a comprehensive green speed chart for my Nike as I dont think I'll need to upgrade again. An excellent buy for me :)
