  I wish clubs could create tournaments that were restricted to just one level. The masters are killing participation by the lower echelon.

  Our club founder stressed in the club forum that when a tournament is pointed to certain tiers the tier limits are to be put in the name of the tournament (No Master and Above, Hacks and Amateurs only, etc.). Anyone entering that tournament who is not supposed to will be thrown out of the country club.

  It's a reasonable workaround until WGT improves the system.

  Not our club owner. I tried it on my own and got in a big brouhaha.

  Very next tee shot had a lag in the mark and put me in the bunker, against the wind, no less.
