  SHRUDE defeated sixofseven in a 18 hole match play game on BETHPAGE BLACK.

  Wow what a game!

  We weare AS off the mark and Sixer got +1 on the 5th, he held that till the 7th and won another hole to be 2+

  I took out the next two holes so we  entered the back 9 AS

  I got a +1 right away which sixer squared up on the next hole, we played AS till the 18th and i rolled a  long putt in for the winning Birdie.

  Throughout the game we landed on each others balls.. drives & approaches, the esky never got too far away!

  Thank you very much sixer for an awesome close game.

  I got lucky having a few less 'oops'  :)

  Lets do it again sometime.

  swh67 won 5up against war4jah..

  excellent match to start with, neck and neck thru the front 9, i was -6 after 6,war was 2 down but gave me an around 13 ft putt by mistake on the 3rd but got 1 back so i was up by 1 at the turn, it got away from war after that,..

  thx for a vgg war4jah was a pleasure m8 just like last game,.. anytime im green champ..

  Pdxdriver won against Dougie4042 1 up,i took anearly lead 2up after 4 holes lost nxt 3 holes then it was AS up to #18.Went into 2 extra holes,1st hole we both nailed 2oft putts down hill,2nd extra hole i just pipped Dougie to it.Dougie you played a fantastic game and kept your head,while mine was all over the place,VERY WELL played Sir,TY once again.

  1st hole we both nailed 2oft putts down hill

  That was the 18th hole my good friend.  I drained an 18 footer and you followed with a 13 footer to halve the hole to send the match into extra holes.  :)

  If the name TheeJabMcNab sounds like a fighter, he is. King hit me (the hack - that's how I was playing) on the front nine - he was 3 up after 5 holes and turned 2 up. My goodness I played some terrible shots whilst he was military in finding the middle.

  Back nine I found a little wind in my sails and poor old ThreeJab couldn't buy a putt if a hedge fund had lent him the money to do so and thrown in some shares at Channel 9 at the same time.

  ThreeJab had me 1 up till the 16th but by then I had exhausted my supply of poor shots and actually found a couple of good approaches and a putt or 2 to finish 1 Up.

  Way looking forward to our next match if I am so lucky as to play ThreeJbMcNab (Steve) again - a true gentleman and a great sport.

  Very unlucky to our boy 3JAB he will get ya next time,and very well played to you Sir-SAFGOLF seems like you had one hell of a match going on there m8. Round 2 looks like it could go to the wire.
