I use Maxthon 3 as my WGT browser. The error message "We are unable to process your request" began popping up yesterday. I've never experienced this issue before.
I logged in using three other browsers and was unable to get videos to play.
Cold boots of my laptop have not solved the problem.
I checked Flash storage, deleted Flash cache, ran with and without Game Booster 3 - all to no avail.
My broadband is running steadily and consistently at 30+ Mbps download speed across all browsers.
In the same timeframe, I've also noticed quite a few error messages stating an inability to connect to the WGT servers. I click retry and connection is re-established.
All are anomalies for me. Since I depend solely upon earning credits to acquire equipment, my hope is this issue is resolved soon. Until then I practice with the Starter ball under Uneven Lies conditions (really fun stuff!) and whisper to myself, "patience, grasshopper."
