I was just playing on the 11th hole my score is even E, I tee off on a par 3 ,im on the green in one and I two put for par, after it goes in it says tripple boggy, whats going on here???

If you experience odd behavior like that the best course of action is to right-click anywhere within the game window and choose the "Submit this problem to WGT" option. That will flag your shot and it's relevant data which allows our devs to look into the situation and see what happened to you. This isn't an issue that we get a lot of here in the forums, so if you run across that situation again submitting an in-game bug report would be extremely helpful.
