  I think you should periodicaly suffer from "The Yips".

  It could be a black skull and crossbones flag up near the WGT Nation flag. Youd get it every once in a while and it would last a few days or something. At that time youd miss 3 footers regularly. The black flag would warn potential alt shot partners away.

  Let me propose to introduce it on a voluntary basis:

  Equip your bag with the EZ putter. 18 holes are true punishment with that one - it's not about missing 3-footers like Tiger <gni-gni> but about three-putting from such distance.

  Instead of having an award for missing putts under 2 feet,  what are the chances of introducing a Gimmie scenario on these short putts.  With the Ball Speed Boost now available,  eliminating tap in putts would speed up the game some more (for those so inclined)
