  You make it pretty clear (though in fine print) that it may happen,
  and if there's one thing in life I've come to learn is,

  yeh ok lol, maybe oversold it with the graphics :)
  but can we get back to the issue?

  I wanna know for a fact,
  that when I pay for virtual equipment,
  its performance won't be modified. ever. don't you?

  I said on here a year or so back that I was sure that the Burners were downgraded to make room for the R11's. But it was denied by Icon.

  did they have any explanation about this little disclaimer then?
  if they don't do that, why have it in writing that they might?

  They (WGT) swear on a stack of old Playboy mags. that they never ever mess with clubs.........................................aahhh yea sure.

  agreed....so did everyone i talk too....and i could care less what we're told. i know they were fiddled with.....hence the disclaimer.

  i dare say the r11's will receive the same treatment, else we won't need to buy other clubs right?

  I never owned an R11 driver, but I remember playing with many other who did,
  and that ball would fly like 20-30 yards over my ball,
  now it's the R11$ that does that, and the R11 only gets like 10 yards over me.
  
  I asked players a few times if they swing it full power, and they say they do,
  and that the forgiveness and distance on the OLD R11 drivers has changed.

  luckily my old G10 doesn't seem to be tampered with (yet),
  maybe they only target the high end stuff :-)
