Ah - Cabo, not Bethpage. I started to fear for my eyes!
Furtheron, WGT seems to have hidden the score from Ang's result list - very conspirative!
@ang: My congrats to your fourth place, well done as a first-timer!
About the winner (27 strokes), a level 65 pro with Tour Master average:
He/she seems to have played "normal" as until becoming pro - may have gotten some knowledge then:
A few months pause (for what purpose?), then only CTTHs, mostly one per day ?for the bonus?. For the last two weeks, with little deviations, he plays Pro RGs with 29s and 59, 27s and 57s and gets his rake: 8 starts, 6 wins, 2 places, 59 $. In between one 46 (9 holes), perhaps the futile attempt to keep the average up.
Best equipment, lvl 59 Pings, Rossa, Cally balls. The activities are cut off but we might think that he's been a good WGT client, having bought a lot of level boosters.
I'm far from accusing so. without proof, but this history seems to be - ehm - discutable.
The second, a level 62 Pro with Legend average, shot 28. He has a similar carreer:
2 months pause after becoming Amateur, good but not extraordinary results until then. Best amateur result was a 33, worst(!) Pro result is a 32. Makes you think, eh?
Pings lvl 59 + four(!) wedges...
Doesn't waste any ranked rounds, 5 wins and 3 places in Pro RGs,
current rake: 72 $.
Played the 500 crs September Pro Tier Open on the last day and won with a 58 => a boost of 10.000 crs to come!
In between leader of the 100 cr "September multiround open" after three rounds. He missed to play or complete the fourth, leaving the 2.000 - 4.000 crs prizes to others.
Here, too, not more than a few ???, but I'm ready to bet that their next accounts have been prepared already.
Both are likely to continue their raking in the next tiers, or will they stay in easier fishing grounds?
Edit: 60 days CDP bonus for one hole played gives about 53.000 XPs, traceless, eliminating the costs of a bunch of boosts. Just saying...
