trouble posting in forum

  I'm having trouble posting in the forums, mainly because I don't seem to have any post button or box. I can reply and obviously start threads, but not post in an existing thread. 

  Running Chrome and the software is up to date and I've cleared the cache for the browser and flash. 

   

  Any thoughts?

  it should work. I am not sure why not but just in case, can you try another browser and see if you see the buttons there?
