    CerinoDevoti:
So someone tripped over the extension cord when they came back from lunch and unplugged the thing???

Actually, one of the hamsters that powers the office building fell off the wheel.

Heh, all jokes aside, our IT guru tells me that we had a "site outage" and the reason for this is currently unknown. Fortunately, he was able to perform his computer wizardry and we are back up. We're going to investigate the cause and do whatever we can to prevent it from happening again.

Thanks for info. Do I get 200 points back, because I lost or not for not returning to my game?

    Hey Jeffspoon,

Sorry, but these questions will have to be fielded on a case-by-case basis, by our support team. You can email them here: http://www.wgt.com/help-request.aspx

We do not have a policy that guarantees compensation for unexpected down time.

Thanks for the explanation.  Communication; what a concept!

You are welcome! This, and many more good things (probably not ferrets) to come for the WGT community :)

When are you going to have another look at this system of quitting if there are 4 of you playing and one quits you have to wait 5 minutes to restart the game . But if another player decides he cant be bothered to wait and he quits as well you can be waiting upto 10 minutes to restart your game

Thanks for the info I suppose. I was on the back nine with my playing partner of the Uneven Lies Tourney match we had scheduled together when it just went poof. Playing in practice mode means we lost our game and will have to play again.

BTW, staying classy is harder than playing the Uneven lies with starter clubs in 20 mph crosswinds..
