Profile Backgrounds

  Hey WGT, I've come with another suggestion. How about adding Profile Backgrounds to your profile?

  I'm the type that likes to have a good looking image or layout in the background. It gives me something as a way to describe myself or the represent the things that I like or like to do.

  As a major sports fan, I think it would be cool to allow a fan to show his team's colors on their profile page.

  I think you could make it to where you can upload the main file types like .jpeg, .png, .png. and etc. Under the "Appearance" tab on your profile page, you can browse for your image or layout and upload it it just like you would for your profile picture.

  I like to use Adobe Photoshop, so I would love to design a background collage of my favorite sports teams.

  I have asked for the ability to upload your own picture for the Country club banner profile, instead of the pics that WGT supply, and never got a reply to it. I wouldnt hold my breath on this 1.

  Maybe they'll look into both ideas. Usually when more than one person shows interest, they tend to look into it. I'll hold my breath this time, because I feel confident.

  Yup, just in case WGT havent figured out what i was asking, here is what im on about. The ability to place your own souped up Club banner, and place it in the Club profile, as seen here. Just a quick version here.

  I really like it. I think it would be cool if we could crop out larger images to fit into the banner's space. Good thing you posted an image. Maybe WGT could consider this.

  I really love to customize things. As you know, with some of the social networking websites, you can add a background image or artwork to show something about yourself. I consider this a social networking website because of all the great people that interact with each other and build friendships here.
