Icon- To be perfectly honest it doesn't matter how YOU personally feel. This is a request that comes through very often. It is something that a lot of WGT customers want. They see the value of it, even if you don't. The driving range and putting green are #1 on the user requested list. Its appearance gives the impression that WGT is actually listening to its customers and developing them. It doesn't say "request denied" or "not to be implemented".
Why does WGT refuse to classify those user requests into something along the lines of "under consideration", "under development", "request implemented" and "not to be implemented" categories? Is WGT afraid of the fallout from denials or complaints about the slowness of implementation?
This is another example of the poor communication and weak connection that WGT has with its customer base.
