With wind club down with backspin, otherwise normal spin
I kept it at 180. had 4mph wind in my face. clicked a little short, no backspin and I came up 25 feet past, then hit the fringe. darn!
Clubbing down even with the wind does not work for me. In the drink short of the green every time. Guess I need the upgraded clubs.

I hit 4 Iron full speed with max backspin. Usually puts me within 10 feet.
Usually I just use the standard club (can't remember off the top of my head which it is) with max backspin... its a tough hole but i usually try to aim for the fringe in front of the green
