In my opinion it moves you up way too fast. I have only been on here for about a month and a half. I waited to buy any gear until I turned pro as I figured it would take a long time to move up to master. Then two weeks later I get moved up to Master after making one of the luckiest putts ever... now I totally suck! I was just at the point of being able to compete in the pro tourneys when that happened. Now I have no chance without buying a new driver at least. They move you up so that you have to spend more money. I still like the game, but it is definitely not as fun or exciting as when I had a chance at earing some credits. I know that blowing a few rounds to raise your average is frowned upon, but I highly recommend it... at least until you can shoot around -10 before trying to become "master". I sure wish I had.
