As others have said, it's 500 Legend rounds and an ave. of 60.
Around your 150th ranked round you became Legend. Keep in mind the no. "650" = 150+500. Looking in your stats you will find the effective no. of ranked rounds to compare.
Winning against TLs and drawing money from RGs etc. might shorten your wait :)
