R-11 Irons for Legends

    Can we consider making the R-11 irons avalible to legends at a lower teir, since we are not able to drop a 3 iron for a utility club without taking a wedge out of the bag. ( no one wants to drop a wedge) I don't think levels should come into play when playing from the tips.
