Dear WGT - I will NOT be buying any more Pro Max balls

  Good grief, grey7!  You deposited the money on a Sunday when I'm sure the business offices are closed. The system apparently didn't instantly give you the golf balls so you launch into your profanity laced tirade by starting a thread, posting the same in other threads and put it on your profile page as well. All with no indication that you made any attempt whatsoever to contact them about the problem or give them time to research the breakdown when they arrive at the office on Monday.

  Are you this intolerant and absurd in your everyday interactions with people face-to-face too?

  Give them a chance to fix it!

  For the record I had the same problem and did contact WGT on a Friday afternoon. They got right back to me because we are talking $$$. It turns our my credit card was on hold because I missed a payment so I call the card company and paid on the phone. Presto, next morning I was back in business. 

  If I had not contacted WGT, I would have had late charges, so they actually did me a favor and were pretty nice about it. My rule is be nice to people and 95% will be nice back. Those are good enough odds for me.
