On Sunday the 21th I also bought $25 of credits and didn't received these three "Max balls".

wel your first move was dumb anyway buying any credits on here, maybe u should use ur brain more and u will have residual credits coming in(stil hav to work for them but better than falling into their trap hu?)after awhile u wont have to do much to get them, but using ur brain helps hu?
So how do you email WGT? I've tried, just get the 'no-reply' return mail from a bot.
The same thing happened to me, I sent an email this morning and the balls were in my bag this afternoon.......Thanks WGT!
