I bought some 10 cent balls recently, just to see what a dot in spin does for stopping shots(btw, even just that one dot in spin is a very noticeable difference) and how much play you get out of them.
Personally, I think they last long enough. I was pleasantly surprised, in fact. Then again, that's probably just because I was expecting a lot less after reading some of the negative posts on the forums lol
If you're upset with the game, you have two options IMO:
1. Accept things for what they are, shut your trap and keep playing so that you can actually shoot the scores that you're obviously expecting to(PATIENCE is key...this is golf for Pete's sake...you should already know this :3)
2. Quit playing...and shut your trap.
No offense to the OP or anyone else, but the capacity of crying in these forums is ridiculous and I'm sick of seeing every other person crying about how selfish WGT is when they themselves almost always have nothing other than their own best interests in mind. You do realize that developing, servers, this site...they all cost money...you can play for free. Keep that in mind.
Just play the game...and enjoy it. That's what games are for after all :3
If you can't do that, then maybe this just isn't the right game for you...which would suck for you, because this game is amazing and will only get better as it progresses further into the Beta stage and eventually out of it.
Oh, and if you don't want to spend money on this game, do what I did; complete surveys. In about a month, I bought a full lvl 48 Rapture set and 3 wedges...I'm also sitting on over 2,000 credits right now and haven't put a penny into this site. Just check the Ampario and MyView surveys regularly and you'll make more than enough to pay for equipment and balls.
