  I don't think having a copy of the email is really necessary.

   

  Did you try contacting them directly? There is a contact link at the bottom of almost every page on this site. It is much more effective than hoping they will read a forum post and take action.

  When the ball was delayed being added to my inventory I used the contact link and it was sent to me within 15 minutes. That was before this announcement about the promotion was posted here.

  Once you use the contact link they open a case # and it will be easy to track it until it is resolved.

  I received my confirmation e-mail, and Baseball/golf ball a few hours after WGTpizza started this thread yesterday.
