This is not really a forum/discussion issue. If you have concerns about duplicate accounts they need to be sent to customer service at members@worldgolftour.com and you need to explain why you feel it's a duplicate and what other account(s) that user might be tied to.
An Amateur who shoots +4 within his first few rounds isn't going to be sufficient proof of a duplicate account. In order for us to do something you're going have to bring more than general speculation. If I was a duplicate account I definitely wouldn't waste my money shooting a 39 in a Ready-Go.
