% lost on alternete stroke due to quitters

  I was 100% for quite a while till I teamed up with some guy (who btw was 93% himself) decided to quit in the middle of the round. I ended up at 97% which is still not bad but I pride myself on not quitting when playing multiplayer. Someone told me they changed the percentage rule on alternate shot. Is it true that you will not be penalized if your partner quits?  I have been kind of leery of playing alternate games anymore. If anyone has a link to updated rule changes I would appreciate.   3%/3.333% for every (1) mulitplayer game not completed, be it voluntarily (quitting), unintentionally (computer or internet probs) or by third party responsibility (quitter, technical probs, WGT issues).

  (1) except for Alternate stroke, since a revision about 10 days ago.

  The count is averaged over 30 MP games, thus it takes a while to purge any drop.
