I know some of you leave the putting target in place and click either L or R of the Center Bar depending on the break.

My question is... when I move the putting target L or R and click the Center Bar exactly.. will the ball start on line with the target?

A lot of times I feel it doesn't,  maybe because of the speed I've applied?   I don't know.

Yes but keep in mind 2 things. The break affects the putt immediately and the accuracy rating of the putter factors in. When you're aiming you see that line from you to the aimer but it's straight and won't show you how the putting arc will look. This is what makes it so real and difficult-you have to picture in your mind's eye what the roll will look like, where it will break and how severe it will break (dot speed.) Speed overcomes the break, downhill exaggerates it and uphill tends to flatten it out.

The best tip I ever saw on putting said don't ever miss the ding on the down side of the putt. You will always miss it but if you miss on the upside of the break you have a good chance of it going in. Hope this helps. GL

Great advice man...now that I look back on my many profanity-laden bogeys, I can see where this plays a huge part.  Cheers!

Thanks... I'll put the tips to use.     Now all I have to do is figure out a way for my brain to tell my finger to always Ding on the correct side.  Ha!
