  If I'm supposed to be a scratch golfer with a pro rating according to this site, how come I can't even reach the fairway on par four. I could drive farther than that with cheap knock-offs when I was in Junior High and shooting 100+

  Gee, this wouldn't happen to be a retardedly obvious attempt to get my credit card number, would it?

  I don't mind paying for an upgrade for better clubs, hell I do that in real life too, but for a site that seems to pride itself on course realism in relation to real golf, this is a joke. Realism, my ass. I can't reach a par 4 in regulation with two perfect swings, but there are guys running around with a 55 scoring average, that's realistic.

  How bout closing the gap a bit, huh? Maybe a little subtlety when trying to steal my money.

  Wooh there buddy easy now.   Dont concern yourself w/score avgs.   The number only represents the last 14 rounds and the best 10 r used weighted more to the recent.  It is easily lowered with a couple good rounds and some just play the holes they r great at.  Looking at your numbers u have done quite well for just comin on board.  Doing good outside on the course doesnt mean we will be top notch here.  Many have been spoiled in video GOFF with achieving perfection quickly. That is a possibility here but you would need a knowledge of the game which u appear to have. U dont have to club up to score good rounds but as you move back in tee boxes the distance will be more than the club u have to drop those close appraoch shots and so on. These courses on here are top notch PGA Tour courses.  Would u take the wal-mart special clubs to bethpage and assume to shot several under par. How boot St. Andrews and Oakmont. Have u seen a tour player ever say the course is designed so i have to buy clubs from the pro shop to be competitive.   I understand your frustration but nobody on any course w/wal-mart specials assumes to be #1 except when they come here.   It is not TWO.   Your frustration really is saying,  Dern  i had that line right and still not happy with it.  Which translates too I will be fine if a keep a calm head and know what im looking at. (except for the meter hiccups of course.)    Good swingin too You.
