With all this talk of sandbagging..

  Take a look at the leaderboard for Wk46 9 hole unlimited.

  I am still qualified as a hack for that, but I am amateur now playing with starters.

  I just shot 34 which at best could have been perhaps a 32, 2 missed putts under 10 foot.

  Now the leader is on 28, but is playing with top level G20's, top Nike ball , and top level Cleveland wedges and is at level 83.

  Now if that isn't contrived sandbagging gone mad then I don't know what is.

  Played only CTTH or Blitz since joining.

  Something needs to be done, and done bloody quickly.

  Highway robbery doesn't even come close, daylight robbery more like !!

  Not against the rules to practice then come into comps with good equipe..

  The new rules means they will be moved up quicker....

  Not everyone is going to be a legend+ in 3 weeks.

  Little over exaggerating there, but I seen posts that some say they did it in about 3 weeks. Just because people come to meet friends and have fun instead of busting their heads against the wall to get to the highest tier, doesn't mean squat to me. I enjoy having fun. Hard to say for some others on here.

  Your career ain't typical, too. Making friends with a foreigner on the day you joined, never buying a club, levelling up to 40 before the first ranked round as a Hack...

  But it definitely takes one to know one so I guess someone was just better at the sandbagging then he was lol.

  Its a FREE TOURNAMENT!  Even If the guy wins, how much is he going to get 50c???  A couple more tournaments and he will be moved up to pro any way.  Yes WGT are trying to combat "sand-baggers" and multy account holders but there's so much of it going on its like trying to POLICE London with 1 police car.  I would say that a third of WGT at least have had at least 2 accounts and know how to play the system with their "newer" account  (such as leveling up until they buy decent clubs, and know exactly what clubs are what)

  Its not like they're winning big prizes and ready go's.  WGT would take action if a sandbagger won a trip to Oakmont, but its only the "free tournaments" and they are only wining a few pence/cents which is not much of a big deal except to the genuine hacks who get annoyed like the OP, which then does bring it to the attention of WGT so that person is then on the radar.

  That 1st day friend thing means Person X joined through person Y's invite via email. Really interesting.
