Offer Credits haven't posted

  i've done a few of the offers on the offer page to get free credits...and just did the one for the credit report..trial and have not rec'd the 2500 credits yet.....all others posted in a few mins... anyone have any ideas?

  look at the bottom to see how long it takes to confirm..

  ya it says immediately still nothing

  It's usually only the low-end offers like surveys that are awarded immediately.

  You should receive your credits within 24-48 hours of completing the offer. If 48 hours has passed and you still have nothing, I recommend contacting WGT support at members@worldgolftour.com.

  Actually, emailing us will not be much help to you as WGT does not provide support for TrialPay offers.  Please go to the offers page here, and click on "Contact Support" in the upper right hand corner of the page.  This will enable you to send a support request to our partners at TrialPay who handle offer fulfillment and support.  They'll be able to get you fixed up.
