Thanks for all the feedback, folks.

I'm sorry it wasn't perfect. We will work on making it better.

    WGTpizza:
This should go without saying, but any "suggestions" should go to the forums, This has been the method for years now, so I'm not sure why people thought it would change during this chat. Chad simply does not have answers to "questions" like: "Can we have more Country club owner options?"
Perhaps you missed it while patting on users' backs for foto editing, but this subject has been discussed ad nauseam in the forum for months. How comes you ignore this, how comes Chad appears uninformed?

What do you think how your customers feel when they experience to be ignored like this in an event which is supposed to be a dialogue with the head of their contractor?

And a "Bah Humbug" right back at you, Alosso!

Come on, lighten up. I appreciate the feedback, but you're taking this a little too far. Are you seriously suggesting there is something wrong with me acknowledging the impressive photoshop skills recently shown by our community, or that it somehow detracted from the Chat with MisterWGT?

I never operated under the illusion that every single player will have every single one of their questions answered. If somehow one of our players felt that they were guaranteed an answer to their question, but did not receive one, and they feel "ignored" because of this, I apologize for the confusion. There is no possible way for us to ever accomplish this.

This thread is nearing the end. If anyone hasn't contributed with constructive feedback on how we can improve the Chat with MisterWGT, now is the time.

I think the efforts you and Icon make to deal with ongoing complaints and suggestions here on the forums is admirable. I for one am appreciative of what you're trying to do and thank you both for that. But your best efforts don't mean much to the folks playing the game if the guys at the top of WGT aren't taking the work you do here seriously. It's not clear to me that they do, and the last chat seemed to corroborate that.

Perhaps a better way to improve the chat is to forget about taking questions on the fly. Give us a 5 minute update on what you've got planned for the near future and then take 10-15 questions from the forum, chosen in advance, and answer those. If you spend 2-3 minutes dealing with each of those, that's 30-45 minutes of information responding to real questions and concerns posted by actual users. I mean it's great that you have an equipment room there at WGT full of fancy new clubs, but do you really think the average user of this game is very concerned with that?

A lot of people have taken the time to post legitimate questions and issues which are of concern to many. Why not focus on dealing more with those?

I agree with Andyson and Shrude. There was a lot of good questions asked in that Q & A and Chad's answers to some of the better questions, while briefly watching them scroll by was, "yeah, maybe, we'll see." A lot of those questions should have been definitively answered and said if they would be put on top of the Road map. Not half-baked answered. Now the same questions are going to be asked in the next MisterWGT chat.

The format works fantastically. But the questions to MisterWGT should of been predetermined like they were in the irc chat. MisterWGT should of got a question and expounded on it.

Its not your fault pizza, and the chat was a good dry run. This is the constructive criticism I hope MisterWGT, and the WGT team is looking for to make the next chat even better.

Thanks for the feedback, Richard4168, and yes, this is what we will probably do in the future. Real-Time participation from the community is obviously something that the community doesn't want, so we will probably move toward a more scripted presentation.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. This thread is now done.
