The "buy now" option doesnt appear

  I have been trying to purchase some new equip. I have over 500 credits and every time itry to upgrade my equip there is no "buy now" option anywhere. Ive tried at least 20 time and it wont let me spend any credits??????          DRIVIN ME CRAZY! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Make sure you're trying to buy something you're allowed to. Your level dictates that.
