  What manual? You right click it and select the go to option.

  If you highlight inactive links like that and then right click you get choices.

  Oh well...I guess I must have been censored.

  To be truthful I cant even remember what the hell  oops... what I may have put to offend

  Generally my rare posting are in jest. Never in anyway that would intentionally upset the guidelines etc...I may push it a little though ;-)

  I did use the word 'testicles' oops...in another post the other day. It appears that may have caused offence too.

  Such is life. I shall refrain from such childish antics hence forth.
