Owner cant email members......help please

  as an owner of a cc, there is a feature in *owners tools* that lets you, or is supposed to let you, send an email to all members of the club.

  when i try, i get a response that it will not go thru because i am not the owner, which of course i am.

  anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?

  I've just posted the very same question so there must be a glitch or something that we don't know about, at least it's a start.

  Have found that you cannot include speechmarks or brackets.

  It does work, justtakes a bit of trial and error

  Maybe your members rebelled and took over the CC without your knowledge. We do it to Mozz all the time. ;-)

  Try transferring ownership to Mika & back... see if that solves it. Keep in mind that once you transfer ownership, you have to leave the CC & come back or else you won't have access to the forum.
