I know people have complained and said a lot about it, but I feel sorry for my friend, and of course my time in helping him try to get it back up for him.

What happened is. We played the putting challenge together online over and over again to try to get his percentage up to 100% from 97%. After few games, low and behold wgt disconnects him for no reason at all. He goes down to 93%. Play another 12 games straight, and he gets another disconnect from wgt. Now he is at 90%. How in the heck can he get back up if wgt won't keep him connected to get it back up?

Something is wrong here. 30 games straight with no disconnects to get up on percentage is pretty tight and hard to do. That should be changed to 15 games. It is almost impossible with wgt disconnecting players like that. I rarely get disconnected and been 100% for about month straight now.

Something needs change here. I better not get the boot like he did.

Just concern for friend and others that get this problem.

Pretty soon this will be a thing of the past and it will be color coded and averaged over 100 games. Your friend shouldn't really be bothered so much about his percentage as most people unless it's below 60% aren't concerned with it.

I am on the fence as far as the color code is concerned. It is stiill going to be a percentage just not the exact pecentage. I do think 100 games is way excessive though. 30 games was a fine way to average it out. As far as disconnection problems and I know it is a concern for a great many players here, remember to keep your computer clean! Clear out the cache ( temp files, temp internet files, history files) I always clear everything sometimes between games to keep things running smooth. I used to have problems with the meter and dis connects but I got a new PC and have been diligent about keeping it clean. Ccleaner is a good tool to use it is free online. I also use my Norton to clean things further. It has helped me tremendously! I haven't had a problem in a long time.

Something is wrong but it's most likely at your friends end and not WGT. As you say you rarely get disconnected, I rarely get disconnected so your friend needs to look for issues at his end.
