    The Offer:

    2,200 Credits

    Confirms instantly

    Gout Survey

Local Doctors need volunteers for Gout Clinical Research.

Receive investigational study medication and receive compensation for your time and travel.

    Qualify and complete a survey.

Valid user information required to qualify.

So I engaged the offer upto and including making the choice of a medical facility to participate with.  I also received email from the vendor.  A snippet of which is below.

    > Congratulations! Someone from our Study team will be contacting you shortly.

    > Hello Brian

    >

    > Thank you for your recent interest in participating in the clinical research study. As we advised you, the information you provided suggests that you may be eligible to participate in the study. The next step is that someone from the study team will be calling you to take you through important next steps in the process.

But alas no credits.  So I contact trial pay via the support avenue on wgt.com -- sending them the complete acceptance email from the research study.

    This is what I received:

    Dear Brian,

Thank you for using TrialPay and for taking the time to email us.

After reviewing your customer log, it appears our system was unable to track the successful completion of the Gout Survey offer you attempted to complete to receive free Credits.

Please note that in order to successfully complete this offer, you must first qualify and then complete the full survey before you will be credited. As customer eligibility is determined by the offer provider and not by TrialPay, we are unfortunately not able to credit you at this time. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you. In order to avoid future tracking issues, please be sure to provide current and accurate information.

If you are still interested in receiving Credits for free, you are welcome to select a different offer that suits your needs.

    Regards,

    This is customer service?

Trialpay's system has an issue tracking my offer and I lose?

What the heck am I suppose to do?

I feel like someone is pulling a fast one here and once again a WGT customer is the victim...

Anyone else robbed by these criminals?

Maybe wait till they contact you or you were not in the right age bracket or had a lifestyle that would qualify you for a GOUT Study...?

Understandable not being eligible for a Medical Research programme really...Andy

    Hey thanks Andy.

As far as I'm concerned I completed the pre-qualification, completed the survey and was approved by the folks running the study.

TRIALPAY's system failed to recognize that I completed everything and I am the loser?

For the record, I suffer from gout.  This is the reason I'm inside playing golf on a fricken computer.  That is the same reason I'm so whinny about others on here who "cheat" and/or violate the gentlemanly nature of golf.

    Hi

I would recommend keep talking to them and send them any confirmations that you have.

90 percent of these deals are pure rip-offs.  Surveys ask twenty questions, then decide they don't like the answer for #21,so you're cut adrift.   But they have the full value of the first twenty, and are happily selling that information to their customers.

You have to assume you're a pawn in the system, and consider yourself lucky to pick up five percent of the points you are offered.

Lmao, would love to hear the reason you didn't 'qualify' then...seem a prime candidate.

If you ever get a response that is.....Andy

I also received email from the vendor

Same standard email I used to get when I fought these fraudsters.

Keep emailing them and attaching your proof, over and over.

email: support@worldgolftour.com as well make them aware and also provide your proof.

I have had help from WGT in some of these instances.

The CEO of Trial Pay is Alex Rampell, he is on the Board of Directors at WGT

Once you drop his name in a email to TrialPay, you might get closer to some redemption.

    Good luck

Lesson: always collect as much proof as possible when completing these offers, screenshots the works!

85% of the offers i complete i get paid on.

I have to CHASE 50% of them, the valuable ones at least.

Came home to the following tonight in my email (with credits in my account).  No threats or anything else needed.  Just asked them again politely to review.

Thanks for the advice offered by others.  I guess I need to take screen shots and do my own documentation in the future for these larger offers.

Email from about 18 hours ago from trialpay
