    I mean at all?

Most 'proper' websites test and run updates to death before releasing them, kinda takes all the bugs away you know??.

Every bloody time you guys put out an update the game goes to crap, i was just enjoying a game and got kicked off until i was DQ'd. No fun. At all.

But thanks for the bag, that's a great bonus for a game that's fked from the core.

    Nice one.

Every release there are a few threads like this. It is more than likely that you have stored or "cached" information in your browser which is causing technical difficulties.

Please perform browser maintenance as described below:

    1) Clear Your Cache

    2) Clear Your Flash Cache

If you do not notice an immediate improvement after performing those steps, or if you have any further questions, please let us know.

So don't you think there's just the slightest chance it might not be a problem at your end?

There's no way to tell for sure without one on one troubleshooting.

I hope it makes a difference mate, i really do. I enjoy this game but it's just like pulling teeth recently, no fun at all.

i don't want to come across as moaning old twat, but most games when they do an update it slips in and makes no difference to game play at all. You barely notice it apart from extra cool stuff.

On here all you notice is the new stuff conflicting with the current stuff and messing up the game. Ok if you know what bad stuff is going to happen, not great if you don't :-(

I don't even do all that and have no problems. Oh, and I am using IE10 on windows 7.

I've been on WGT for 124 days and I have played from 4 hours upto 16 hours every day. I probably have seen more recent happenings than most. There is a diffident problem with disconnects since the upgrade in August.  To get an AS game going is horrid and then  to complete the game at all is very chancey because of disconnects, game errors or ending in a forfeit by the one player trying to make a shot. WGT does not tell what bugs are being reported nor do they tell which should be fixed by an update or general maintenance. I do understand that this is a business to make money, but just who are the customers? Without the players, there would be no income. I also understand that the advertisers pay the brunt of the bills, but without the players, how long would they do so. I also believe that the nice guys that are the WGT folks we deal with can answer so much. Please just pass on our complaints to the higher ups and we will hope it does some good.

Why is it that I rarely have a problem after an update?? Could it be that I do as WGT suggests and clear both my caches before playing? And do routine browser maintenance to assure myself of the best possible playing experience.

Rarely a post-update  problem for me too, although I do clear cache in the browser every time it closes
