I'm merrily strolling along at -2 in the Oakmont tournament. I hit one long on six into the fringe. Something like 20 ft but 11 inches down and of course tournament speed greens. I hit it 6 feet on the bell it goes an inch. Then I hit it seven feet, another inch. Then I hit it eight feet, voila 4 feet by the hole. This is still happening on 10 kiawah from up top on the right side, 13 kiawah left side, and probably at the top of number two on saint andrews I'm not sure but there is one more besides the kiawah ones that I've run into and there may be more.

This means my putter is turning temporarily to dust coz the follow thru alone would hit it further. Is anyone ever at WGT going to try to fix this problem? This bug's been there since I started in August of last year. It's always severe downhill and from the fringe.

    Hi Mike,

Whenever you notice unusual behavior please right click in-game and choose the "Submit this problem to WGT" option.  When you submit a bug report in this fashion it sends along all of the data for your shot, including the exact point that your ball lies.  That will help us determine if the surface is improperly mapped or not so please send in those reports when you can.

For what it's worth, and I'm paraphrasing here because I can't remember the exact quote, but I remember reading that...

"If you're on the fringe and want to make it in one, chip it.  If you want to get it close and putt it again then putt it." =)
