  dflop  def  mascunam66    ,  what a game Sam is a great bloke and he played very well , Sam managed a brilliant  -  Hole in 1   on the 8th Hole at Bethpage Black  , it was a absolute beautiful shot a couple of bounces and straight in the cup .   It remained a tight match until i got a little break and held out for the win .  Thanks Sam you a good bloke !

  Hopefully will get my game in on time, my opponent apologizes for being hard to get hold of and says he will be ready to play Monday night. Talk about taking it to the wire :)

  AAA:

  Just completed my match against Belcherls and managed to hold on to WIN 1 up.

  The game started well for me until the 3 hole and Belchs decide to play. It was a struggle to get over the top of him. He was very gracious in defeat and was a pleasure to play against. he hardly missed a fairway or a putt under 6 foot, a real competitor. Belcherls plays well above his ranking.

  Thanks again to Belcherls for playing & Amershire Lodge and Shrude and the AAA Captains and fellow players for all their efforts in organising this game.

  This is really starting to get to me. How many times do I have to invite? I put my hand up for this comp to represent AAA as best I could (win or lose) but I didn't think I would spend the time standing in the clubhouse watching the others play.

  Congatulations & Well played Aussie`s...unfortunate all games didnt get played , i`m guessing 3 Rounds were too much for some, even tho i thoroughly enjoyed my games and i`m sure  others did too.

  Great win by the Club - well done to all who played & the supporters. The matches were played in good spirits & were a pleasure tp take part in.

  We should give Amersire the opportunity to win back the trophy, but like he America's Cup- on OUR terms!!
