TarheelsRule:

The first of many to come

The key is when you get your first boot by another Legend, then you have made it.

This is so true, I've been surprised by how many 'big names' decline a friendly game..thought it must have been my deodorant..

Actually this is very boring. Been booted 5 times in the last 2 minutes.

Maybe this is one of the reasons for multiaccounting, just to get a multi player game started, when you're legend or tour legend LOL.

Certainly some of the changes have made it much harder to get a game, someone becomes a legend if they beat a legend, jeeze I could start with a starter ball and hit it into every hazard just for giggles to move someone up a tee box. That change was a very bad idea, requested by individuals who seldom ever venture into the deep and dark challenge matches.

3 Reasons I will decline a match, timer, credit amount, and tee and/or equipment advantage.

It is getting extremer every day. To get an alternate game going it takes sometimes up to 10 attempts. What is really interesting is the fact that it is easier with pros and tour pros than with masters and legends. Are most of them just chickens that are anxious to lose a game?

    LOL!

I think they are aware of the new regulations and anxious to win a game against a higher tier!

Edit: Gee, not in A/S, Dummkopf!

Are the new regulations also relevant in alternate games? I thought only in match play and stroke play.

    Sorry, no. Not in A/S.

AFAIK it's match wins and money wins (e.g. in RGs) which count.

    Zweiter Versuch:

Perhaps they know about Ridiculous Speed and the lower tiers don't?
