If I close or I decide to trasfer my country club to another member, can someone trasfer to me another ownership?

Just do the same in your new CC, as you're going to do in your current one to transfer ownership.
That mean I can close mine and get another CC from another member?

yes, you can transfer your CC to another player. Then you can either get it back from that player or if you join another country club, you can get ownership there as well.
