Gifting a Lock Item

  Is it possible to gift an item such as a sleeve of balls above your tier. Example: Gift a legend a sleeve of balls he uses but they are locked to me.

  That is actually a mute point. As legend balls can not be gifted to anyone by anyone. I have no idea about  gifting an item that is locked for you. looks like you should be able to as long as the member  receiving the gift is at or above the level needed to use the item But I really don't know because there are no items locked to me. But I do know that  legend balls and any item sold by tier at tour pro or higher can not be gifted.

  But there is a very easy way to find out. Simply click on the item that is locked to you and it it loads and shows the send as gift button and it is not greyed out then you can gift it, If it loads and there is no send as gift button or it is there but greyed out then  you can not gift it. Or if it does not load because it is locked to you then you can not gift it.

  BTB, he didn't actually say he wanted to gift legend balls, he said he wanted to gift a legend a sleeve...

  and no you can't, just what is unlocked for your level.

  But duffer19 has come up with a way round it for you.

  Levelled equipment may be gifted if the addressee has the correct level, regardless of the donator's level. Example: Any user from level 1 on might gift a R11s driver to me.

  Tiered equipment can't be gifted if the named tier is above Pro.

  That said, no Legend (or other user) may gift Legend balls to another Legend.

  When u sell equip back, it would be nice if instead you had the option to gift it, rather than only sell it back. Odds are you have replaced it. And the value you receive is low when sold. Might do some good to gift it to a friend...? What are thoughts on adding this option?
