How many minimum rounds does it take to make Tour Legend?

I can confirm that after 500 rounds your average only goes down as I was paying attention. SO with that said a min of 500 Ranked Legend rounds with a under 60 Average and "BAM" you a Tour Legend.

well then I have a long way to go...I think I can get down below 60 in a month or so so I guess it's just going to come down to how long it'll take me to hit 500 ranked rounds...thx guys
I don't really remember how many rounds I had on making Leg, but am pretty sure that I hit 400 since about a week ago. Looks like my average is only going down. Anyone have info on this?
