What average must I reach?

  Greetings!

   

  I recently reached the Tour Master Tier and am wondering the following:

  1. What average must I reach, so that if I have a bad round it will not go up?  My current average is 66.68.

  2. What Average is required to reach Legend?  Curious even if it is a long way off.

  It's not an average but a certain minimum no. of ranked rounds, given in the other links.
