That email letter was not a lecture from wgt but a standard information letter from wgt on what one should do in these situations, for which you have done. So I suggest you not take it negatively. As far as zero action is concerned, I used to think that. When things are submitted you receive some sort of response saying they will investigate it, then not hear anything further which is standard. Sometimes you even get a response stating you wont hear anything more. But I have found that they do take it seriously and if something is major then they will act upon it quickly but they are hesitant in other situations and multiple offenses have to be reported before any noticable action seems to have been done.
Next time from looking at your responses I suggest instead of giving them the satisfaction of playing into what they are saying, which is exactly what they want to throw your game off or whatnot, either just shut your chat off and ignore it or just fuel it with...Hey say some more so I can take a screen shot to send to wgt.
Unfortunately there are some real Jerks (Kind word) on here and should not be responded to, just ignored and blocked.
