Here is a idea that has been disussed before but i think it's time to take action on it. Since the closet to the hole ready goes time out after 3 hours after filled then how about doing the same with the stroke play ones but say 6 hour time span. I have those that get to the last spot and i go check the board on someone im sure played it. If i see a 26 is winning and i feel i don't have a 28 in me ill tee off in withdraw but some are just saying f it and letting the whole timer go down and not playing them forcing us to wait to play again. Think about changing this in the future.
