You can play any course you like,  all open to any tier.

Scott if you mean full rounds on all the CTTH courses, then the answer is definitely no, those will not be reshot in HD.

You can expect one trugolf course each year and maybe 1 or 2 of the HIDef usually the US and British Open courses.  I'm hoping that since the US and Bristish repeats courses from time to time that WGT will use some of the PGA courses.

There must be alot of stuff from some place like  Augusta that would help bring that course to life here at WGT.. And thank for answering my question with "Definetly no" I like an honest straight to the point response

JMO.... but there must be some legalities to work through for WGT to use any course for the game.

Of course there is, just look at the disclaimers that were added to the startup screen for each course in the last update. That's not what's stopping them. Stuffed shirts like the owners of the last UK open site are. It all depends on who owns the course and how they feel about having it rendered in a game.

Basically WGT is going to have to buy the rights to use the course and then do the shooting at the convenience of the course.  For some courses, the fee is just too much mainly because they don't really want to be a part of a video game.  Augusta National is a good example, they don't want to be a part of the game.  In past games, the video game has used CGI and other methods to put them on their game.  In the case of WGT you have to physically be on the course so they can't cheat the system.

Pebble Beach is somewhat of a strange one to me, I thought WGT was all set to put it on the system after putting 2 or 3 CTTH courses on here.  Then they pulled the CTTH and no stroke play appeared so obviously something went off track there.

The rotation of the British and US Opens will mean that these courses will start to repeat in a few years.  Hopefully WGT will work to get an alternative when the courses repeat, maybe the PGA course for that year.

Don't leave the LPGA out-that's where Oakmont came from.  :-)

True, although the only courses that I think would be worthy from the LPGA is the one used for the LPGA Open such as Oakmont.   Looking forward to 2014, when both the men's and women's Opens will be at Pinehurst # 2 in back to back weeks.
