i agree with most , dont do the ones that dont pay out ,..ive been waiting months for about 30 bucks worth ,..i gave up, and just do the cheaper ones every now and then, and yeh they are a pain in the butt, and dont think they should be on here for the reason we could get a better go with another company, but as u see alot of ppl depend on them for credits..if your petition was to get another site on wgt for us to get credits you mite get alot more support ,... not sure ,but i havent seen anything on a petition like that yet..

I am sorry i know this is beating a dead horse

Sorry to hear you are having problems redeeming credits, steveosh.

The best thing you can do is contact SuperSonic ads directly. Their response will be the final decision on any matters where you used their survey service.

SuperSonic ads has been fairly reliable, and it's important to note that they aren't obligated to pay credits to every person who takes a survey. Sometimes you do not meet their demographic requirements and will therefor be ineligible. My personal advice: move on and try another survey - there are many more options out there.

    borntobesting:

Why would I want to get rid of Supersonic ads when I have made almost 4000 credits from them since they have been on here doing nothing but the Supersonic videos and many many people have had similar success? Just forget their other offers and do the videos.

    Same here..

Yes sometimes I may not get credited..But overall.. nearly 8,500 credits from them since mid July.

Most of my clubs have been bought with these credits..Don't think I would want to lose the steady flow gained from them at all..at least a sleeve of balls a week from this source alone.

actually you are starting to look idiotic.

they are alot of people that feel the same way as I do. A lot more than you may think

I have received some credits from them. (for other offers completed)

I have been dealing with the Customer service of them for 1.5 months now.

Enough is enough (i have done everything they wanted ) and still nothing

SuperSonic ads has been fairly reliable,

If you only listen to the people who are satisfied with SSA, yes, then that can be your perception. You (WGTpizza) and I both know better. I hang around on these forums enough to be able to state this:

    - There are a lot of people complaining about the trustworthiness of especially SupersonicAds

    - You hang around these forums enough, so you see all those forum topics as well.

    WGTpizza:

If I understand the OP correctly we are not discussing surveys and their (lack of ) pay out, but the other kind of offers and the lack of communication and payout, even after providing proof. (I can't see the exact categories anymore for I've been cut off by 'm, or in general there are no offers in the Netherlands at the moment.) I do understand however that it is very convenient to pull out this explanation about surveys, for we all know you are fully correct in what you state there. It is however not addressing the issue of the loads of offers (not surveys) that are not being payed out, even after creating tickets and providing proof. The poor communication or even total lack of communication on why tickets are rejected only adds to the frustration.

Now, can we please get a response to that ?

I don't care about the survey's getting 10 credits here or 60 credits there. it is too bad, they have your contact info and will use it at later dates, but if you fill out any survery questions then you should get paid.

You fill out all your details the first time, and that is that they keep those stats on file, so ANYTHING they send to you after this initial interview should be paid regardless if you qualify or not. They have your info, they should be able to tell if you "pre-qualify" or not and if you don't do send them a survey to fill out to have them "not qualify' even after 1 question.

I am more concerned about the 4 major ones "offers" i did.

I filled out all my credit card info and did what was needed. ( 2 casino's)

But the other 2 scare the crap out of me, Mega Flix and Social Dieters. Mega Flix, everytime you click on the 'offer' you will be taken to a different website, although they look the same have different names, I have clicked on it 14 times since and have seen 14 different names.  (this  is more of a credit card scam)

Social Dieters - enter creditcard info and everything, and find out now it takes me to a dating website that i signed up for... NOPE my wife would not like that.

The same exact response I just gave: Talk to the company whose offer you participated in. If they say "you are not eligible" for whatever promotion you participated in, then you are not eligible.

Of course, if you believe you should receive credits when you have not, and you have proof, and they are still denying your claim, send our support team an email and we'll investigate.
