You are one difficult person to understand,

you want to keep Supersonic who doesn't pay out to everyone, but you want to start a class action lawsuit cause your imaginary golf bag disappears .

Yes they are a source of credit income for everyone.
They pay to the majority and a small percentage are left without.

The surveys don't cost any money to participate.

And you have an option of not attempting any more when you experience the first failure to pay.

Its not imaginary, it is real product (intangible like insurance) offered for sale by WGT for real money, whilst they are AWARE that it is faulty without placing a warning or disclaimer on the shelf.

and in this case 100% of people who purchase are affected.
You cannot get a refund, you still have a faulty bag in your inventory.

    see the difference?

That, is worth a soapbox rant.

I'm not familiar with your specifics here Steve, only rocky's attempts.

Have you created tickets for all the unpaid?

Do you have some kind of proof for all or most of the unpaid?

Have you emailed their customer service address with each of the ticket numbers and each individual set of proof.

I would do a single email for each ticket number, 10 emails if it were.

If all of the above is completed, then I would resend those emails each 5 days.

I resent one today for an offer i completed a few weeks ago, they have paid me on other emails sent in the meantime but one particular ticket they haven't, i resend the email every  days until i get some kind of response.

    Then address that response.

Usually by the 2nd or 3rd email i also CC WGT into every subsequent email.

I have a question.....has anyone EVER actually won any of those ads that say "Do this Survey for  fof  FREE $100 Gift Card from Home Depot...Walmart...blah blah blah. "I find it hard enough to get to the end of these things and never really find a survey...just an endless loop of gold-platinum-silver offers to buy crap. There is no Final Proof that anything was ever completed to even take a screenshot to send a useless claim to get the credits

btw.....they always start with No Purchase Nessesary
